You can view the shipping costs by clicking on the "See Rates" link at the
top of the check-out page. Enter the products you wish to buy and click on
check-out. Before entering payment or shipping infomation you can view all
the services and costs to your zip code.
We use UPS and UPS Ground to deliver our packages.
UPS will deliver your package overnight at three different time
intervals. UPS Ground (or 2nd day and 3rd day)will deliver your packages in
the evening from 5-8 pm to residential addresses and by the end of the
business day to commercial addresses.
UPS has a tracking system and can track the package as it is scanned at
each location.
All UPS deliveries are insured up to the $100.00. A claim can be filed
with UPS for any damaged items.
International orders can also be delivered by UPS. You are responsible
for any duty charges your order may incur at your customs office.
No buybacks or returned merchandise of any kind. Exchanges only
with the shipping expense to the customer on unopened quanities of 50 as per
most online or wholesale company policies.
We are not responsible for you giving us the wrong address information.
Please check your address for errors. You would be suprised the address you
have been using may not be in the correct national format. 35% of the
addresses given to us need to be corrected. Are one of these you?

UPS Air and Overnight Information
UPS First Overnight (available by call in only): Delivered by
10:30am. Select areas by 8:00 am.
UPS Next Day Air: Delivered by 12:00 noon next day. Select
areas by 10:30.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivered by end of second day.
UPS 3 Day Select: Delivered by end of third day.
Options not available in some areas. Saturday delivery is available to most
areas for an additional charge (available by call in only).
We need your order before 4:00pm Eastern Time to ship your order same day.
